What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer several shipping options including standard and expedited delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options can arrive in 1-2 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for hardware products?
You can return most items purchased from the Google Store within 15 calendar days after the day you receive it. For Nest thermostats and certain other categories, the return window may extend to 30 days.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order history and real-time status by signing into your Google Store account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use Google Pay or apply for Google Store Financing on eligible purchases.
Do my Google products come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Google hardware devices come with a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be canceled within a very short window after placement. Once the status changes to 'Prepared for shipment' or 'Shipped,' we can no longer cancel or modify the order, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
